Gold Ocean View 3301

Very clean, wonderful view of the ocean and can't wait to come back!!

Our stay was wonderful at 3301! This was our first time staying at the Colony Reef. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable.
The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP.
The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with family, indoor pool was a hit on rough days of weather. Location was perfect. Loved the quiet of the complex. Steps away from the beach. I had lost my key one night after going to dinner and had a whole car load of groceries, the front desk answered my call of distress after hours on a Saturday night because i could not get in and I just knew the groceries were going to spoil, but they immediately at 9 pm on a Saturday got me back in our condo and saved the day (thanks to them ). I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to downtown and all tourist activities. Nice beach and pool.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. The condo was clean, the balcony has a great view and the pool/hot tub area was wonderful. There is a walkway right out to the beach that is just behind the pool.
It is an easy 20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine with the Fountain of Youth and the Florida Man Games!
We got in late the first night so the property manager called us with the gate code and a locker code to get our key. They have everything taken care of.

Complex was very nice, unit worked well for our family the extra small bed room was perfect for baby. Only complaint is beds very firm, really need update or mattress topper. Mattress cover and sheets need upgrade as well do not stay on beds.

Second time staying here. First time in 3301. King bed was uncomfortable, queen sheet on a king bed, lighting throughout is not good. Dryer is on its last leg, takes 2-3 times to dry a load, especially towels. Dryer makes awful squeaking noise when in use. Wish there was a bigger table on balcony to eat there. View is awesome, location is awesome, pool is huge and never over crowded. Property is clean and never had any safety concerns or issues. Will definitely stay again but not in 3301 unless upgrades are done.

The condo was in great shape and clean, a was the entire property. The office was kind enough to hold our luggage the day of checkout because we didn't have a car. My constructive comment is that I wish they had some more basics like dish soap, extra rolls of toilet tissue, perhaps even a small box of laundry soap.

A great end of summer getaway. We liked the family atmosphere unlike other locations. Two issues concerning our unit. First the washer/dryer are in desperate need to be replaced. Second issue was the fact when additional towels were requested we were given rags. Stains, holes, worn out and disgusting. Insulting.

Our whole family meets up at Colony Reef for a week each summer. This was a fantastic unit! Beautifully furnished, clean and so comfortable! We absolutely loved it! We will want to stay here again. Natalie and all of the Colony Reef staff are so helpful!

Really enjoyed views from our balcony of the sunrise over the ocean, A very short walk and your on the clean beach. Unit was quite comfortable and roomy. Property very well maintained and any issues were handled immediately. Great location - close to stores and restaurants but away from the crowds and traffic. Lots of places to hike, visit historical sites and view wildlife.

The condo's location is terrific, and we loved the view. It was well equipped and comfortable, and the Colony Reef staff is extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. I've stayed at Colony Reef several times and been very happy there.

There was one thing that was not as described (the trundle bed is just a twin, no second mattress), and there were a few minor maintenance issues that surprised us. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Perfect condo in a great location! It was convenient to the office, indoor pool and outdoor pool, and not a long walk to beach at all! I definitely recommend and will be back!

Always a wonderful get-a-way from the cold....love listening to the waves and seagulls..I enjoy returning

When the kids and grandkids came to visit they stayed here and Loved it! Unit was Super Clean and Great Ocean View! Grounds are Beautiful! Staff goes out of their way to make everything Perfect!
