Our rental condos are privately owned and each is decorated with a unique style. All of the condos have the same layout of three bedrooms and two baths with each condo having a unique bed configuration.

All of our oceanfront and oceanview condos have fully furnished kitchens and linens are provided. We have elevators for easy access to the upstairs rooms. Many of our condo rental units are equipped with private secure in-room WiFi and electric grills.

For your convenience bath & hand soaps, dishwasher detergents, and toilet tissue are provided.
Please note: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in your condo or on your patio, but not in any public area of Colony Reef Club. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the Colony Reef property.
