About
This beautiful ocean front condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Step out onto the private balcony to an uninterrupted direct view of the ocean. Enjoy some family time in the spacious living room and enjoy a homecooked meal on the large dining room table, big enough to seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and comes with a full size washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi style tub. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed and a twin bed and in the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” there are two twin beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

We loved the condo but the ice maker & water dispenser weren’t working when we arrived. I emailed the front office, received a call the following day saying someone would come check it out Mon but no one showed. I called again Tues & was told they would reach out to the maintenance guy again & have him come; no one ever came or called. Microwave also needs replaced as it takes forever to heat anything up. Minor things & we still had a great week.

Rental price and condition are as expected. I would choose to schedule a vacation to rent 2402 and 2403 together for family reunions

I have stayed at Colony Reef before and have always been happy with the property. The condos are very roomy and always clean. The only recommendation I have for this particular unit is that there needs to be empty cabinet space for the guests food. Other than that we were very happy with our unit and the property. This was a week away with our daughter and her family. She has an 18 month old who loves the water so we were looking for a place that offered both the ocean and a pool. This condo met our criteria and was an excellent place for us to stay. Although there is some updating that could be done, this place had all our needs, beds comfortable, kitchen to make most of our meals, a place to eat on the deck overlooking the ocean, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and now knowing what it was equipped with, have less to pack. Great stay.

This is the second time my kids and I spent a week in this unit. It has a gorgeous view and everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The elevator was working on and off, my only complaint, as we were on the 4th floor. Management fixed it pretty quick.

The view from the 4th floor was spectacular. Overall, the unit was well equipped and clean. When we first arrived, I think due to COVID-19 it had been unoccupied for a long time, and it had a weird smell of mildew (master bathroom) and an odd perfume. I let it air out and the perfume smell improved. Loved eating meals on the porch. TVs were new and provided good evening entertainment. Beds very comfortable. All appliances worked well, and a/c. Really a delightful stay. The glass door from the master bedroom to the porch is very hard to get to move, but does eventually. Electric grill on the porch was a plus.

it was excellent although very disappointing because we could not get this rental for next year. we have been staying at colony reef for 7 years but the new management changed the policy and gave first preference to those who stay longer.
My family and I had a fantastic stay here at the Colony Reef Club in unit 2402.The whole property was very nice, very clean and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back, everything was perfect!
