The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family featuring an “L-shaped” couch and two rocker/swivel/reclining chairs. The dining room table comfortably seats 5, with counter seating for an additional 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new cookware, a Keurig and drip coffee pot, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There is a full-size washer/dryer just off the kitchen. Enjoy the captivating sunrise from your master bedroom with access to the private balcony. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed with pocket door access to a full bathroom, which includes a tub/shower. The smaller third bedroom has two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds). Please be advised, for safety reasons we ask that no one over 120 pounds climbs on the top bunk.

This condo has private high-speed WIFI and cable-tv with HBO. The living area and all three bedrooms have Smart TV’s that can support your Netflix, Prime, or any other streaming service you’d like access to.

Take advantage of the recreational activities in this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, children's wading pool and playground, two tennis/pickleball courts, and a basketball hoop. Sporting equipment is available in the office during business hours. The indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, fitness center, and changing rooms.

The beautiful white sand beaches are a 3-5 minute walk across the spacious courtyard. The beaches are also accessible by car, with a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen!

Historic downtown Saint Augustine is a quick 15-minute drive, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, and fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the many historic attractions or hop on the trolley to see it all on the go! For your convenience, you can buy tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions in the Colony Reef Club office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
