About
Step out onto the private balcony from this second floor and enjoy a beautiful oceanview. This condo has a vintage beach vacation feel with light peach walls yet with modern touches such as new waterproof flooring and new charcoal grey couches. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a full size washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom and the private ensuite bath has a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds as does the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest". The second bathroom has a walk in shower. As this is a Silver rated condo some of the appliances and décor have not be updated recently.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Everything was smooth for check in, etc. Location and amenities were nice. Place was in decent condition but floors left the bottom of your feet very dirty, had to wear shoes the whole time.

We had a great time At Colony Reef Club. The accommodations were good and the Unit was comfortable. All of the amenities were not available due to the pandemic but the pool area was clean and very kid friendly

The condo has everything you need. Spacious and clean. It’s older and needs some updates but other than that it’s perfect. Storm hit as we checked in and we had to get in contact with management about small issue with tv and WiFi. We had a knock at our door within minutes. We loved this place and will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was not our first time to St Augustine, but t was our first time to Colony Reef Club. There were 6 of us total. This was one of the best vacations we have had!! The entire place was beautiful, clean, comfortable and such a relaxing time knowing we were in good hands. The kids loved everything about it, too!! The location and accessibility of everything was top notch. It was like a home away from home. I don't think there was a bad view anywhere at Colony Reef. Our home was so clean and comfortable, it was perfect. The amenities were everything we needed with a family of kids ranging in ages of 4-18!! We will definitely be back with friends and family!!

We always enjoy our stay here. The buildings are well looked after, the grounds well groomed. Lovely pool, and the beaches spectacular. We were very fortunate to have such mild weather all through February. Love this area of Florida.
Accommodations were good; glad I brought some of my own pot and pan because I like to cook and bake. Great view and close to where we wanted to be.
