Step off your patio and head straight to the pool in this gorgeous, recently renovated pool front condo! With fresh paint, flooring, and furniture throughout, this condo is the perfect beach getaway! The remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a full-size washer and dryer makes vacation a breeze. Enjoy the sunset as you grill out on the condo’s own electric grill. The primary bedroom has plus king size bed and walk in shower in the bathroom. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a new king size bed. The third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest” is perfect for kids with its two bunk beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquet ball court, and a dry sauna. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The staff was tremendously helpful, and the condos were super nice. We spent Thanksgiving break, and couldn't have been happier. Stores were close and easy to access. The only drawback was not getting into St. Augustine because of the crowds, but the facility gave us plenty to do!

Only issue was broken washer, unable to do laundry for a few days. Ended up washing clothes in the sink until able to do so in the main office. However the washer in the office ruined multiple pieces of clothing as well as the stainless steel sink ruined some new white shirts. The condo wasn't very clean either but we made due and cleaned when we arrived. This however won't impact us staying again next year.

This unit was in a good location with close proximity to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. It was a bit of a walk out to the beach, though. The condo had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Just be aware that a hair dryer is not provided.

There were clothing left in the unit. The washing machine gave trouble. They were prompt to come check on it. They told us if it messed up again just don’t wash anymore clothes. The overall condo is conveniently located so we book again for next year.

This was our 2nd vacation in Sept/Oct at Colony Reef & hopefully many more to come. Perfect time of year to come & great condo. This unit has wonderful upgrades & plenty of room. We ate Viola’s, Sunset Grill, & St Augustine Fish Camp & they were all fantastic! We highly recommend all of them & Colony Reef!

Great Condo. Stayed in this room many times. Disappointed that there was not a king bed in second bedroom this year. Had been notified by you that twin bed would be removed and there would be a king bed. Twin was removed but no king. Mattress in that room needs replacing.

The unit was clean and was just as desired. We really enjoyed the large covered porch and we were literally just steps from the pool and the beach access. We were close and convenient to downtown and Old A1A. Very nice condo.

The location and view was great. Liked being on the first floor near the pool. Very clean. Staff very helpful. It doesn't really sleep nine very comfortably. The room with the bunkbeds is only good for little children. No closet, no room to store clothes, etc.

We’ve stayed in this unit at least twice . I love the location next to the pool and it’s closest to the boardwalk. We had a couple pests in the unit this time. One roach in the guest room, a huge toad that I stepped on in the dark(ugh!), and one spider. They might want to get better pest control. Other than that, we had a great time.

Experience with staff and condo was excellent. However, we would really like to have a ceiling fan on the patio to help with the heat as we enjoy sitting on the patio. We had to take our fan in and out each day so a ceiling fan would be great. Also, disappointed the management has changed their policy on renting for the next year. Last year and this year we had to change our weeks since they were already booked. Prior years the policy was to book for your week as you checked out. It seems the current customer should be provided first option. We have been going to CR for many, many years and look forward to it each year.

1104 has the best access to the pool and to beach boardwalk. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies, plenty of seating and comfortable beds. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
The condo was in decent shape, the outdoor table and chairs have seen better days. The office stay was not available at the posted times.
