Enjoy a view of the beach from this gorgeous second floor condo. With a sleek modern theme that still feels like your at the beach, this condo will be your home away from home. The living has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats six. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a Keurig. The bright and colorful master has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two full size beds in the newly updated second bedroom and in the third bedroom, also known as the "Crow's Nest," there are 4 twin bunk beds. For your safety, we ask that no one over 100lbs goes on the top bunks.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Very clean. Nice view of the ocean and pool. Bunk beds were huge hit with the grandchildren. Within 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown.

It was great! I would just say the screen on the front door needs to be fixed and the main door could use a new lock, very sticky

Beautiful grounds and unit. Pool was fantastic and the beach was white sand amazing. Awesome security gates and beautiful St Augustine area. Would definitely suggest staying there. This unit could sleep at least 8 and possible 10..

Condo ideally placed for proximity to golf, fishing and historic St Augustine. Great ocean front location for morning walks on the beach! Hosts were responsive and helpful! Though there was sleeping arrangements for 10 adults, the living area was small. The condo was clean and mostly in good repair although furniture was old and uncomfortable and tv was hard to operate. The indoor pool and hot tub were added perks! Assigned parking spots were seldom available.

Love that this one sleeps 10. We had plenty of room and we had lots of fun .
The interior was nice and clean , I did have to wipe out fridge and the microwave upon arrival but no harm done I always do a quick clean anyhow once arriving somewhere anyways .
The views from the balcony were great , we could see the ocean and the pool was awesome having morning coffee and evening wine .
We all slept wonderful to at night as well the master bathroom is so pretty with its pebble shower and floors .
The only thing i felt like it was lacking were bath towels there was not enough for sleeping 10 people. I had to go out and buy a few bath towels and we were always washing them . Also could have use some new pots and pans.
I will definitely book this condo again next time we decide to do a beach trip and I would recommend to someone else too .
We had 3 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and the rest teenager's.

The unit we stayed in was top notch! Colony Reef is my new favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! We felt very safe and secure. My daughter and I took my grandsons and two of their friends. We liked the fact that there were security officers on the grounds. The grandsons and their friends were ages 11, two age 12 and one age 14. They loved it. The balcony had an awesome view. You could see the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. The boys enjoyed playing kick ball, football and some other games in the grassy area in the center area. Everything is kept very clean and is very wonderful place for families. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hope we can go back this summer!

Stay in this unit ever year with spouse and teenagers. Always a great experience. Only negative is the dryer. Heating element must be shot because clothes would not get somewhat dry unless it was run for over an hour. Tried all settings.
