About
With a private balcony and great view of the courtyard, pool, and beach, this 2nd floor condo will soon become your home away from home. This beautifully renovated condo has a spacious living room with brand new furniture as of Fall 2021, plenty of seating for the whole family. The full equipped kitchen has new cabinets and quartz countertops and comes with a full size washer and dryer and both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a plus king size bed and the private ensuite bath has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the smaller, third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has two bunk bed style twins. Please be advised, for safety reasons we ask that no one over 100lbs go on the top bunks.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags,
bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Colony Reef is an awesome complex. Love the views of the ocean. Wonderful well kept landscaping. The amenities are perfect for us. Love the indoor heated pool!!! Our unit is perfect for us. Has exactly what we need to live here for 3 months. We r coming back and can’t wait to return. Staff was awesome to work with. We very much enjoyed our time here.

My family and I enjoyed this renal unit - clean and nicely decorated. We had a few minor issues on the first day such as: (a) one toilet not flushing; (b) one bathroom fan not working; and (c) one blind fell down in the living room. These items were quickly addressed by the main office and repaired the next day. Also, the dryer did not dry the clothes even after 2 cycles. Overall, a satisfactory unit and a wonderful holiday!

Our experience was great. The condo itself was great and location was perfect. The cleaning staff was waiting outside our door at 9:50am for 10am check-out. We felt super rushed even though we are supposed to be out by 10.

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Great condo, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing spacious balcony area with beach toys & chairs to take, close to pool & beach, safe gated resort & Melissa the owner was incredibly kind & allowed us to extend our stay on very short notice. We had 4 adults & 4 kids & the space was perfect!

We have a family vacation every summer but usually book a place on the west coast of FL. This year the kids wanted to stay closer to home so I found this place.We got lucky our first time renting at Colony Reef! Our rental was spotless, comfortable & by lucky, I meant we had a wonderful location! We have already booked it again for next year. I thought our owner went above & beyond by providing the little things that most rentals we’ve stayed, don’t think about. Looking forward to next year!

Beautifully updated unit with lovely beach decor. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. Great location near many kid friendly attractions. There were seven of us staying in the unit including 3 young children. The kids loved the bunk room. The white sandy beach is amazing and the complex pool is impeccably maintained. Complex staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. I would not hesitate to book again.

Our condo was well appointed with excellent views of the pool and ocean. It contained all the amenities a family needs for a week at the beach. The facilities of the complex itself were well maintained and clean. The only downside of the condo was the mattresses need to be updated—they were very firm and uncomfortable. We would stay here again.

Everything about the colony reef condo was exceptional! The location is great and the views of waking up to the sound of the waves was awesome. It was not only great for 4 adults the kids loved the place also, we had an 8,4,and 2 year old with us and they loved sleeping in the bunk room. My husband and I took our daughter and 5 grandchildren to St Augustine for the first time. The condo was in a great location, was beautifully decorated, had an excellent view, and was just the right size. The owner responded very quickly, and provided great information. I would definitely stay again, and recommend this property!
Very Happy with our stay. Our 3rd year at this complex and in this unit. Location is great and we really like being close to the beach for walking and really like the warm indoor pool. Unit has every thing we need. Coming back next year!!!
